About Me

Elizabeth Ewudiwa is a certified global Human Resource (HR) professional, writer, public speaker, and social advocate. Over the past decade, Elizabeth has supported the health technology industry across Africa, Europe, and Asia to achieve success through people with a wide range of expertise including learning & development, organizational development & transformation, quality management systems, and strategic management. As a social advocate, she is the founder of Bentinarly Foundation, an NGO providing learning interventions for children in the rural communities of Ghana. She is also the author of “Woman in Me”, a poetry collection of the story of an African woman from childhood to adulthood.  

Elizabeth is a Forbes BLK Member, certified Sexual and Gender-based Violence (S/GBV) instructor, and Diplomatic Fellow of the Federation of International Gender and Human Rights, New York.  

Passionate about human resource development, education, women and children empowerment, diversity, and decent work and growth and so, she constantly finds herself working with organizations or individuals in this space (add a picture of the SDGs 4, 5, 8, and 17). She was the 17th Valedictorian of Central University, with a record-breaking final GPA of 4.0 out of 4.0, Youth panelist at the Road Rio-De-Janeiro sustainable development conference, delegate of the African Policy Dialogue on the role of the private sector in employment creation by INCLUDE, Ghana-Netherlands Business and Cultural Council.
